2 · מה השירות עושה

אנחנו מספקים מערכת ליצירת הזמנות דיגיטליות ולניהול אישורי הגעה לאירועים. השירות ניתן בשתי דרכים:

ישירות למזמין — זוג או אדם פרטי שרוכש את השירות באתר שלנו
דרך מפיק או ספק שירות — עסק שמשתמש במערכת עבור לקוחותיו

הבחנה חשובה. כשמפיק משתמש במערכת עבור לקוח שלו — המפיק הוא בעל השליטה בנתונים, ואנחנו מעבדים אותם בשמו בלבד ולפי הוראותיו. במקרה כזה, פנייה בנוגע לנתונים מופנית קודם למפיק.

3 · אילו נתונים נאספים

3.1 · מהמזמין

נתון	לשם מה
שם, כתובת דוא״ל, טלפון	ניהול החשבון והתקשרות
פרטי האירוע — תאריך, מקום, טקסט ההזמנה, תמונות	יצירת ההזמנה
פרטי תשלום	מעובדים אצל ספק הסליקה. איננו שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי

3.2 · מהאורח

את נתוני האורחים מזין המזמין, לא אנחנו:

תשובת אישור ההגעה ומספר המשתתפים	ניהול רשימת המוזמנים
שפה מועדפת	הצגת ההזמנה בשפה הנכונה
נתוני שימוש טכניים בסיסיים	אבטחה ומניעת שימוש לרעה

מה איננו אוספים: איננו משתמשים בקובצי מעקב פרסומיים, איננו מבצעים פרופיילינג, ואיננו מוכרים או משכירים נתונים לאף גורם.

4 · הבסיס החוקי לעיבוד

ביצוע חוזה — הפעלת השירות עבור מי שרכש אותו
אינטרס לגיטימי — אבטחת המערכת ומניעת שימוש לרעה
הסכמה — כאשר האורח בוחר למסור מידע נוסף מרצונו

5 · כמה זמן הנתונים נשמרים

נתוני אורחים נמחקים 12 חודשים לאחר מועד האירוע. זו התחייבות שמנגנון המחיקה שלה בנוי במערכת ופועל אוטומטית.

נתוני חשבון המזמין נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל, ולאחר סגירתו נמחקים בתוך 12 חודשים — למעט רשומות שחובה לשמור לפי דיני מס.

6 · עם מי הנתונים משותפים

רק עם ספקי תשתית הנדרשים להפעלת השירות, ולמטרה זו בלבד:

אחסון ובסיס נתונים — ספק ענן מאובטח
אירוח האתר — ספק אירוח יישומים
סליקה — ספק תשלומים מורשה
שליחת הודעות — כאשר המזמין בוחר לשלוח הזמנות בהודעות

נעביר מידע לרשות מוסמכת רק אם נידרש לכך על פי דין.

7 · אבטחה

כל התעבורה מוצפנת
קישור ההזמנה האישי נשמר מוצפן חד-כיוונית בלבד — גם לנו אין גישה לקישור המקורי
הפרדה מלאה בין אירועים: משתמש רואה רק את האירועים שהוא משויך אליהם

8 · הזכויות שלך

ניתן לפנות אלינו בכל עת ולבקש: לעיין בנתונים · לתקן אותם · למחוק אותם · לקבל עותק · להתנגד לעיבוד.

הפנייה: hello@lynden.studio. נענה בתוך 30 יום.

למשתמשים באיחוד האירופי — קיימת גם זכות להגיש תלונה לרשות הפיקוח המקומית.

9 · העברת נתונים מחוץ לאיחוד האירופי

שרתינו וספקי התשתית שלנו עשויים לשכון מחוץ לאיחוד. העברה כזו נעשית תוך שימוש במנגנוני ההגנה המקובלים בדין האירופי.

10 · קטינים

השירות אינו מיועד לילדים. שמות וגילאי ילדים מוזנים על ידי המזמין לצורך תכנון האירוע בלבד, ואיננו אוספים מהם מידע ישירות.

11 · שינויים

נעדכן מדיניות זו לפי הצורך. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראש העמוד. שינוי מהותי יובא לידיעת בעלי החשבון.

1 · Who we are

2 · What the service does

We provide a platform for creating digital event invitations and managing RSVPs. It is offered in two ways:

Directly to the host — a couple or individual who purchases the service from us
Through an event producer — a business using the platform for its own clients

Important distinction. When a producer uses the platform for their client, the producer is the data controller and we act solely as a processor on their instructions. In that case, requests about the data should be directed to the producer first.

3 · What data we collect

3.1 · From the host

Event details — date, venue, invitation text, images	Creating the invitation
Payment details	Handled by our payment provider. We do not store card details

3.2 · From guests

Guest data is entered by the host, not collected by us:

RSVP response and party size	Managing the guest list
Preferred language	Showing the invitation in the right language
Basic technical usage data	Security and abuse prevention

What we do not do: no advertising trackers, no profiling, and we never sell or rent data to anyone.

4 · Legal basis

Performance of a contract — operating the service for those who purchased it
Legitimate interest — securing the platform and preventing abuse
Consent — where a guest voluntarily provides additional information

5 · How long we keep data

Guest data is deleted 12 months after the event date. This is enforced by an automated deletion mechanism built into the system.

Host account data is retained while the account is active, and deleted within 12 months of closure — except records we are required to keep under tax law.

6 · Who we share with

Only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the service, and only for that purpose:

Database and storage — a secure cloud provider
Application hosting — an application hosting provider
Payments — a licensed payment processor
Messaging — when the host chooses to send invitations by message

We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

7 · Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit
Personal invitation links are stored as one-way hashes only — even we cannot recover the original link
Strict event-level isolation: a user sees only the events they are assigned to

8 · Your rights

You may contact us at any time to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your data.

Write to hello@lynden.studio. We respond within 30 days.

EU users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

9 · International transfers

Our servers and infrastructure providers may be located outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on the safeguards recognised under EU law.

10 · Children

The service is not directed at children. Children's names and ages are entered by the host for event planning purposes only; we do not collect information from children directly.

11 · Changes

We will update this policy as needed. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
